Working With the Homeowner
If the borrower is currently in the home, we will facilitate a cash for keys offer and eviction notices.
Property Preparation
We will facilitate trash out services required to bring the property to a marketable condition. If the property requires further work, our REO specialists will gather the required quotes for renovations and manage the renovation process. Any level of property renovations is managed by your REO specialist. Our partners will provide winterization/de-winterization as required.
Ongoing Maintenance
Pederson Realty maintains relationships with companies for ongoing maintenance. Services include snow removal, lawn care, handy-man services, and more.
